Why we ask for your name
Leaso is a community of renters who are looking to get a head start on their rental searches. In order to ensure a safe and trustworthy community we require your full name. You surname is not displayed to others.

During the onboarding, we're curious about your plans with Leaso. Sharing your intentions helps us tailor your experience for the best possible journey. There are three options to choose:
Exploring My Options: Just looking around? Take your time to discover potential homes.
Planning to Move: Ready for a change? Filter listings to match your timeline.
Currently Moving: In a hurry? We'll help streamline your search with timely options.
Adding your rental
Leaso thrives on the power of sharing. The first essential step is to list your current home. It's not just a requirement; it's your contribution to a community looking out for each other, making it easier for everyone to find their perfect next rental.

Add an 'open to move' date and 'must move by' date. We ask this so we can not only align properties to these dates for you to see, but to also let other community members know about your intentions.

Add the type of lease you currently have. Most leases in Australia will be fixed term or periodic leases or co-tenancy (which is usually shared housing).

There is no restriction on the quantity of images for your listing. We recommend incorporating pictures of the rooms (beds and lounge), dining, kitchen, laundry and bathroom(s) and, if applicable, images of the backyard.

Why we ask for your date of birth
It is a requirement of Leaso that you be older than 16 years old to use our service. We utlise your date of birth to confirm this.
